At Yū, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your items, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Yū account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original condition and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
